Basecom was incorporated in 1996 in Texas by Mr. Oscar Oaxaca. Our principal office is located in Fort Worth, Texas. Basecom is certified through North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency and Historically Underutilized Business as a minority owned business.
Basecom if proud of its long standing safety record and recently received its seventh Bi-Annual Safety Award. In October 2008, the Fort Worth Business Press listed Basecom as one of the 20 largest Minority Business Enterprises in Tarrant County. In 2007, the Fort Worth Business Press listed Basecom as one of the largest contractors in Tarrant County. Oscar Oaxaca was honored by the Small Business Administration as the 2008 minority small business person of the year and again in 2009 by the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as Man of the Year. Basecom was honored in the August 2009 issue of Fort Worth Business Press as a Top 100 Private Company in Tarrant County.
