 | NEW CONSTRUCTION COMMERCIAL VERTICAL |
Numerous bid-build and design-build vertical new construction projects. The project scope includes structures for maintenance warehouses, offices and multi-story parking garages. |
 | IDIQ MATOC |
Since late 2004, 14 tasks in two MATOCs for the Texas Air National Guard and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers valued at over $30 million dollars have been completed. These tasks range from simple office renovation and fence installation to complete interior/exterior building renovation and new ground up construction. Four of the tasks were design build. A combined total of 86,164 man-hours have been logged on these two IDIQ MATOCs. |

Basecom has its own in-house electrical division that provides complete electrical services including: rough-in, lighting, primary and secondary feed, communication installation, mechanical room design and finish-out. |

Past interior/exterior renovations include multi-story barracks, offices, hospital/medical facilities, and historical structures. The values range from several thousand dollars to multi-million dollar renovations. |
